Architect Project Leader -Concept

Job Description

• Assist and work with the Senior Architect (SA) in getting the design concept proposal completely by the deadline at the Concept/Schematic Design phase of a project and the project file content for client or authorities presentation/submission.
• Work closely with the SA/DM and the Architecture team in starting, developing and completing all stages of the design process.
• Verify and sign any design documentation, presentations and final construction drawings before they leave the Company to ensure the quality of the work.
• Assess and define the project technical feasibility (site survey & difficulties, measurements, surround landscape, urban special design requirements if any….), and recommends alternative options.
• Understand and apply the Design standards and Building Code of Vietnam (or international standards if required) in the architecture drawings being produced.
• Work closely with the other consultants (M&E, structure…) in ensuring that the design concepts are interpreted accurately in the technical drawings.
• Develop the concept into Design Documentation on time and accurately, managing the team (Architect & 3D).
• Monitor the architecture team’s performance. Provide feedback to SA/DM by assessing the Architect’s performance throughout the year; in particular, conduct the Performance Development Program for the DM.

Criteria

• University graduate in Architecture-Professional architecture certificate
• Master in AUTOCAD, 3Ds max, Photoshop
• Five years in architecture;Two years in similar position in foreign-owned companies; strong experience as project leader in designing multi purposes concept projects : Complex, residential, Hotel-Creativeand bepassionate in architecture.
• Have good skill in presentation
• Result-oriented attitude and proactive
• Good customer service oriented
• Management skills, good organizational skills, enthusiastic and imitative, good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, high adaptability, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, high sense of responsibility, proactive in providing support.

Architect/concept architect

Job Description

• Be responsible for producing construction and detailed drawings such as master plan and landscape designs including Interior Design.
• Be responsible for making models and prepare sample boards for project presentation.
• Understand and apply the Design standards and Building Codes of Vietnam (or international standards if required) in the architecture drawings procedure.
• Use the best drawing practice in accordance with the company’s templates, procedures and professional standards.
• Adequately establish and use drawing lists and file drawing documents and electronic files.
• Understand and adapt architecture sketchers.
• Assist and work with the SA/DM and Project Leaders in getting the design concept proposal completed by the deadline at the Schematic Design phase of a project. Complete the project file content for the client or authority presentation/submission.
• Establish summary table of area and other information as necessary for usual submission to authorities.
• Develop the concept into Design Documentation accurately, in a cooperate manner and on time with the drafting team (3D).
• Revise the work of the drafting team and ensure that it is comprehensive with the original concept developed or sketches from the SA/DM and Project Leaders. Ensure that resulting work is accurate and adequate for relevant presentations.

Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture-Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, high adaptability, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, high sense of responsibility, proactive in providing support
• Strong practical problem-solving skills-Hardworking, open-minded

Site Architect

Job Description

• Manage and supervise contractor's works full time on-site
• Focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Public Relations during the course of supervision
• Administer project files, manage conflicts or ambiguities in the plans and specifications
• Attend to contractor’s requests for information, submissions, and change orders, etc.
• Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as and when, as assigned by the Project Managers
• Establish and check the daily reports for the assigned areas (including QA/QC issues, manpower, schedule) reporting the same to the Assistant Construction Manager.
• Manage the works in accordance with the work method statements and architectural details.
• Manage the works in a proper and professional manner and ensuring finishes are of the highest standard.
• Manage the works to ensure the works are completed on time.
• Any other duties as assigned by Project Directors

Criteria

• University graduate in Architecture & Professional architecture certificate
• Minimum 3 years experience in high grade construction projects particularly in the finishing trades.
• An understanding of relevant government requirements, Project Quality Plan, procurement procedure, scheduling, etc…
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet, Microsoft project).
• Cultivate a smart and effective working relationship with all contractors in the assigned areas of work.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to team effectiveness
• Ability to manage the work to match with Client requirements, needs and within the assigned functions.
• Management skills, good organizational skills, enthusiastic and imitative, good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, high adaptability, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, high sense of responsibility, proactive in providing support.
